Watching and reading Game of Thrones reminded me of this, my family crest.
ambedo n. a kind of melancholic trance in which you become completely absorbed in vivid sensory details—raindrops skittering down a window, tall trees leaning in the wind, clouds of cream swirling in your coffee—which leads to a dawning awareness of the haunting fragility of life
Except this isn’t a real word………………………… not in English at least. And in Latin in means to gnaw or eat……………. people will believe anything they read.

Just reblogging this because I never realized how many things are associated with the word break.
